Agent Materials
- Must be submitted as hard-copy or if submitted on disc, the disc must be on 31/2 DOS formatted floppy and all text must be in ASCII text format. The Agent Page Materials must be sent in together to the Listinglink, LLC, 4640 Admiralty Way, Suite 810, Marina del Rey, CA 90292.

Forms
- Use current Internet Property Listing Form.
- Send copy of MLS printout if applicable.
- Note the city and county of the listing address.
- Identify “OFFICE EXCLUSIVES” on Internet Property Listing Form, remembering to also fill out and send in a copy of the “EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT” form.

Photos
- Listings must be submitted before photos can be put online.
- Limit six (6) photos per listing.
- PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY.
- Include on the back of all photos:
- House number and street name
- Agent name (first and last)
- Company name
- MLS number
- Do not label photos by the “Headline.”
- 3.5x5 or 4x6 photos only. Panoramic, Polaroid, maps and color copies are not accepted. The panoramic photos cannot be scanned into one frame, therefore losing the effect. Polaroid’s, maps and color copies reproduce poorly online.
- Specify whether we should keep the MLS photo, add photos or replace photos.

E-Mailed Photos Must Be ():
- 256 colors
- 72 dpi
- Preferred format *.JPG
- Photos must be no more than 250 pixels in width and 150 pixels in height
- Send ONLY one (1) e-mail per listing with all photos attached (maximum six (6) photos)
- You MUST include your name, office and the COMPLETE property address as it appears on your MLS
- NOTE: Please follow required specifications for e-mail processing in order to prevent delays

Hard Copy Photos Mailed In Must Be:
- Printed legibly
- ALL photos must include the agent's name, the office, the MLS number, and the complete property address
- Number photos in order of preference
- Please refrain from identifying photos with a custom stamp and/or marker pen (both tend to bleed over and damage other photos)
- 3.5x5 and 4x6 photos only
