JOB DESCRIPTION:
The International Sales Planner will assist Advertising Account Managers in preparing presentations, paperwork, and customer service in the selling of advertising for The Weather Channel Latin America (TWCLA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Advertising Account Managers in:
- Preparing proposals
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with acquiring data and research information for sales
- Acquiring competitive information
- Assisting Account Managers with customer service and client follow-up
- Filling out order insertions, copy instructions, and tracking of paperwork flow
Maintaining mailing lists and preparation of special events.
Creating research and sales presentation materials.
Tracking progress of proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge/ Skills/ Education):
Knowledge of information acquisition via Internet
Familiar with IBOPE ratings - (Nielson is acceptable alternative)
Familiar with TGI, LMML, or other media research properties
Familiar with Advertising Media math and terminology
Skilled at PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with Database management systems
Works well in a team
Good customer first focus
Can do attitude
