Brianâs goal as a Realtor is to provide outstanding service to both buyers and sellers of real estate. His attitude is that any agent can sell the home to a buyer the first time; it is the outstanding agent that buyers and sellers come to the second time! Repeat business only comes if the first transaction was closed at the right price, and on time. Brian is a full time agent; real estate is his only business!
Certifications Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Only 10% of all Realtors complete this. Certified as a Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of all GRI grads complete this. Accredited as a Buyerâs Representative (ABR). Less than 1% of all Realtors. USAA Certified. One of about 20 agents in the area certified to work with military. Brokerâs license, designated as an Associate Broker.
Specializations Brian specializes in residential, rural, farm, and horse properties, as well as corporate relocations. He also works with various foreclosure companies around the nation, as he has a reputation for providing the most accurate suggested listing prices, and having realistic knowledge of the market and various geographical areas within a 60 mile radius.
Background Brian has over 25 years of computer system sales and marketing, having sold and/or managed offices throughout the United States. His clients were major corporations and government agencies. He has brought that knowledge of being a professional negotiator, sales skills, and technical background to his real estate business, and has been a Realtor in the area for over eleven years.
Personal Brian is married to his lovely wife Jo Anne (who is in a related business, working for a major lumber company), has two boys and six grandchildren. His favorite pastimes are computers (no surprise), reading, and coaching soccer. In fact, Brian has coached youth soccer for over twenty years. He also is director of the COLDWELL BANKER BSSP Fall Classic Soccer Tournament this year (2000), and has been Parade Manager for the General Canby Day Parade (Fourth of July) for eight years.
